Yes, the Cultural Center has been adapted with ramps and an elevator to guarantee that people with reduced mobility can access its facilities.- Will there be special hours during the Christmas and New Year holidays?
Yes, the cultural center will be closed on Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25, as well as Tuesday, December 31 and Wednesday, January 1.- Do you have vehicle parking for visitors?
Because the cultural center is located in a colonial building with heritage value, it does not have this facility. However, there are several public parking lots in the area that can be used by visitors.- Is the consumption of food allowed at the cultural center?
We have a cafeteria area where you can consume light meals, coffees and refreshing drinks. However, entry or consumption of food is not permitted in the exhibition areas of the cultural center for preservation reasons.- Is it possible to enter with bags or backpacks?
The cultural center has compartments so that visitors can bring packages and backpacks safely. When you arrive at the facilities you can request information from the reception or ticket office staff.- Is taking photographs allowed inside the Cultural Center?
Taking photographs of the cultural center is permitted as long as they are taken without a flash.- Is it allowed to touch the artwork on display?
To protect the integrity of the artworks on display, touching them is not permitted. However, we have arranged a special section in the permanent exhibition on the second level with replicas of pieces that allow their manipulation.- Does the cultural center offer audio guides for visitors?
Visitors have access to the audio guide service during the tour of the exhibition Our First Settlers through the Casa del Cordón application available on Android and iOS. To use this tool the user must have their own headphones.- Does the cultural center have sanitary facilities for families?
Indeed, the cultural center has a family bathroom.- Is advance reservation required for guided tours of the cultural center?
Yes, to guarantee space, guided tours are offered exclusively by prior reservation. Reservations can be made through our website or by phone.- Until what time is the box office open for purchasing tickets?
The cultural center box office is open until 6:00 p.m. for the purchase of tickets. The closing time of the facilities for the public is 6:30 p.m. from Tuesday to Sunday.
